They could only control the rabid AI by purposefully shutting down all, and I mean ALL power. The meager attempts he speaks of, were BS. You tell the populace to shut down every electrical apparatus in their possession, or that they control. WITH NO POWER WOPER WOULD BE DEAD. The conclusion was NOT TO PLAY THE GAME !!!
