it’s not a race issue its a genetics and technology issue, dark skinned faces reflect less light and therefore it’s harder to get a proper facial recognition scan leading to more false positives, even so false positives are relatively rare, but due to the media harping on this as racism it seems more prevalent than it actually is.
No innocent man deserves to go to jail, but in this situation the best thing to do is comply and sort it out at the station. Cops are armed and in America especially are trained to use force when encounter even minimal resistance, Not saying it’s right, just an unfortunate fact
