After stage 5, I think the term “artificial intelligence” won’t apply any more. That will be the definition of intelligence. Us mere mortals will be relegated to ‘organic intelligence’ or even unintelligent like we think of lower species today.
I used to think that AI will increase its intelligence while never increasing its wisdom. However, with the rise the internet, I think we as a species have grown more intelligent through knowledge sharing, but we have actually become less wise (more selfish).
