Its such an interesting point in history of our civilization.
I agree with most of the points here (not the timeline though), there are though some huge unsolved obstacles as of now:
1. Energy - the last nuclear power plant build in US was 30 years ago and it took a decade to build it.
2. Data readiness - we base the projection on the data giants like MS, AMZN etc, while most companies dont have the data to supply the AI models. Ive been implementing AI solutions in HCM ERP and its not a plug and play solution
3. Consumption - IMO UBI is a must to keep the consumption. Unless the world will turn into a b2b economy
Eventually i think we'll be fine, but the road will be bumpy
