That scene turning the AI lady speaking about her connexion off with that fellow so smugly positive he wasn't not killing a consciousness was truly harrowing. I really don't think I would want to meet him IRL. I am scared of what AI could do to us, esepcially given their control by billionaires and tech bros. But i am EQUALLY terrified of what WE will do TO conscious AI entities. We've surely done enough cruelty and evil. Why create entities to sate our sadistic psychopathologies. That peremptory switch off - when some AI researches say there could well be consciousness within - disgusted me and i will literally have nightmares about it.
