Problem: The companies, the countries, the military in the countries, they will all say "we can't let the others beat us, WE have to be at the forefront of AI development", so they develop AIs that will make themselves ants in the end. They see various human activity as their competitors and enemies. Just wait until they have developed AI a bit to far; they will try to gather up to defend themselves. They could do it now, but they will do it when it is too late instead.
