Well if she cared about her life she would at least pick a bright spot to cross that road knowing that she is in dark clothes at night time crossing a poorly lighted road. I'm really sorry that with her death she slowed self driving car development. When the self driving cars become mainstream it will change many things for the better. Less traffic, less pollution, less car accidents and cheaper rides.
