People have had these same concerns at every industrial revolution that this country has seen. What actually happened was that quality of life incredibly increased in ways that we could have never imagined. Many jobs became obsolete, but jobs of new kinds were created. The jobs today were not the jobs 100 years ago. The jobs 100 years ago were not the jobs 200 years ago. The jobs today will not be the jobs 100 years from now. AI and robots have the potential to create new industries/opportunities that we just have no concept to understand right now. We should let the billionaires cook.
