Chat gpt doesnt disagree that chatgpt suggested the bromide. Hwoever, chatgpt does not consider the other chatgpt instance that reccomended the bromide to be "me". Each chatgpt query is a separate instance that lives and dies during the duration of the query. It's not like one connected superintelligent being. And it only knows about the userdata in your session/account. It's like if there was a clone of you that did something, you did not do that thing. The clone did. So its actually not being inconsistent or arguing with you. You just dont understand what its saying,
