1:25:22 Countering the “imperialism” of the AI push from the USA, there is still the threat of the foreign AI push. This is somewhat akin to the nuclear power threats. Would have been nice to consider this angle as well because curtailing the AI boom in the USA cannot be done without the consideration of the weaponization of AI by foreign powers.
