You being the creator has nothing to do with whether or not something is art...Andy Warhol, Marcel Duchamp, etc. I think AI art is ART, there are just levels to art, and Ai is generally going to produce mediocre boring art 90% of the time...but I've seen some where it is a genuinely interesting piece.
