Why did we create another horrifying problem for earth when we have so many other problems that need our attention...
We got by just fine without all this crazy technology. Advancements were made that got us to a good point. Why did AI become a necessity? How could anyone think creating essentially an all powerful digit human "species" would have a positive end? We can't even control or reason with ourselves. And this planet, for whatever reason , has violence built into its DNA ....even the mechanical elements are violent. Add in intelligence, that too often harnesses violence to achieve its goals, and you end up with a planet full of heartbreaking suffering
Take away all morality, any organically felt empathy, add in unlimited power, and you have just created a digital psychopath.
Way to go humanity!! I will always ask why any of this extreme technology was necessary.....
