CEOs and all executives should be held 100% liable for any damages caused by their company. No more corporate shield BS... If your self-driving vehicle kills someone, then the CEO gets put on criminal trial just as if they were driving the vehicle. That would make a lot of companies re-think exactly what they want to dump on the consumer and how refined their products must be.
