To be clear, I don’t actually mind the idea of AI taking over all jobs; I’m against AI leaving people penniless and hopeless. These two possibilities don’t HAVE to be glued to each other, but in a nation whose leadership seems hellbent on ripping the social safety net to shreds, they’re the ones wielding the superglue.
