ChatGPT is extremely useful for certain things, like editing, composing letters, summarizing, etc. but it's virtually useless when using it like a search engine to answer questions. It frequently gives me the wrong answers. I have to correct it myself or double check to see if what it said was true. Using it for your career without checking it's limitations for yourself is boneheaded.
