Marketing has always given misleading names to products... do we ban washing powder that promises to 'wash whiter than white', ditto toothpaste, etc, etc? Not a single collision involving a Tesla can rightfully be placed at the foot of Tesla's driver assistance systems - ultimately *the driver is in control* and the buck stops right there. If they try to argue that they did not know their Tesla was not fully autonomous than, given all the hype surrounding this issue that has been going on since it first came out 7 years or so ago, no-one with any sense would believe them - let alone the fact that Tesla's relevant web pages make the fact explicitly clear AND the driver is required to actively turn on Autopilot and in doing so is required to acknowledge a disclaimer. If you want to argue that the name 'Autopilot' is misleading then I would agree in as far as not everyone is an aircraft pilot who would therefore understand the limitations of both autopilot and Autopilot. The fact that your video has blatant falsehoods in it, offers zero context and is full of assumptions puts it into the same bin of gutter-journalism as pretty much every other piece on this subject - it's nothing more than click-bait clap-trap.
