This naive snowflake NPC known as Anthony is just telling people to learn to code essentially. Just like the other ignorant freelance bloggers liked to say to manual workers. Many of them won't be suitable candidates for the increasingly clinically socialised workplaces. Anthony doesn't appreciate that, like being onstage, people can't change their spots as easily as he might think - Any more than he would be appropriate for digging up my garden and laying the foundation slabs for my workshop.
The real argument for AI proponents is more likely to be something Anthony hasn't aired openly - Which is how most of his ilk will very quietly expect manual labour low iq types to simply die off or be screened for with AI DNA tech and aborted etc. Considering how the pro choice society is simplifying the process into casual lifestyle management these days, it will only take another generation or two for general attitudes to become very 'Gattaca' in principle.
