In Trumpism and Putinism, only the very few rich people will have first tier access to full AI capabilities. They want to keep their special socio-economic status. They are NOT interested in equal opportunities nor do they believe that all humans are equal in dignity or rights. Or do these tech billionaires share equal opportunities with you today? I don't think so. Why should they do when they have even more power?
Most of you will only get second or third tier capabilities or not even that. UBI will be minimum living standard and you will get made addicted for drugs and stupid entertainment. No questions asked. However if you ask too many questions, they will just switch of your supply and throw you out of the ocean.
In our current world they used jobs to make you obedient to work for money. That is your daily structure. If AI does your work they need another way to control you and keeping you from asking too many questions. Social media serves that point already very well, even today.
Well, I could imagine also a positive future but not under Trumpism or Putinism or however the chinese version of total fascist ideology is called.
