The main problem tbh is that there is no regulation in Copyright as to allowing AI users the freedom to use ANY art as references to train their AI and then use someone else's art style PERFECTLY COPIED to create AI images to sell via commissions.
References should have a copyright protection from being used without Artist Permission or Purchase from artists.
only issue, is atm, it falls under fair use.
This should be an exception, ONLY for AI
