I may be in the minority but I don't care -- a lot of AI is entertaining and funny. There's a great FB page (NOT the God-awful youtube one) that takes classic movies (e.g. Karate Kid) and generates "alternate takes" on clips. A recent example -- during the famous scene where Miyagi saves Daniel after the Halloween party, Miyagi holds one of the Cobra Kai students foot (who tried to kick him in the movie) and kicks him in the nuts 10 times in a row. Another where Ali carjacks Daniel's yellow 48 Ford convertible. Daniel jumping over Johnny in the final "crane kick moment", flaps his arms and flies away. I've nearly spit drinks out watching their content.
The easy way to handle seeing what seems to be "authentic" videos -- research it. If no other major news outlets are reporting it, brush it off as fake, then move on. Don't let it bother you.
