Big companies are talking a complete positive note on AI. Videos of such are talking a complete 360 degrees turn and talking about negative. People who are in the industry know the facts. AI has taken away jobs. No new recruits. I do the job of 2 persons because of AI tools. AI may not have scaled up to the industry level full fledged implementation of an application, but a proper prompting with required input gives gist of the code and troubleshoots way better. As its footprint says "Its an AI and can make mistakes", questioning, querying and discussing with AI tools give better output.
For people who watch youtube videos and type "Create an application with so and so ...", that not how a realtime application works. If you want to develop an industry grade application. Draft the requirements, sequence the requirements, link the relatable requirements when you are asking AI to write the code.
Everyone looking at what's been served, nobody knows what's getting cooked.
Nobody thought on 30th Nov 2022, we would wake up and someone would announce ChatGPT which changed the world. AI is scary.
