He is talking about p l a n t i r along with a i. P l a n t i r has been tracking data on everybody on everything you do from making replies on youtube, Facebook and the such. And they will come in time when them together will dictate who will live and who will die and that is the horrific thing that he is talking about. And it will be a slow death anything from not being able to obtain a job because of the algorithm of AI and Plantir. And even if you have health insurance AI and the big p will say you are too costly to keep alive and they will beat you out of the system with no more Health Care slow death is surely inevitable with where this is going. They're just going to start minusing and eliminating people. And these people are obsessed with power control and dominance. You're not a face to these human beings your number. American citizens will become refugees in their own country. It can't get any more than horrific than us.
