Watching this after another big tech layoff over so called AI. They are lying AI isnt that good. It can help speed up some jobs. So therefore you wouldnt need as many people. So instead of 10 employees maybe you need 9. They are using this to get the big bosses more money. Then when they hire you back you get paid less.
