Luddites aren’t just anti-technology, they’re anti-advancement. So yeah, you use technology, but it COULD still be apt to call you a Luddite. (And I’m talking about modern connotations of the term, not the actual Luddite movement. Current usage of the term is basically an insult based off of a strawman of the actual movement.)
The problem is that a Luddite specifically fears the change of advancing technology, too scared of disaster and the unknown to progress toward a better future. People aren’t against AI because they’re too stupid to look past their fear, they’re against AI because there are legitimate problems with not only the current state of the technology but also the philosophy behind its advocates.
