I've been drawing since childhood, went on two art courses but I never felt like I was improving at the speed I wished I could. This led me into just giving up and after the arrival of AI picture generating, I dived right into it and was creating things closely resembling what I wanted to draw at that time. After not too long I was able to write the prompts and calibrate everything to generate various cool things, and after a while I started correcting the mistakes the AI made in PS. This gave me a slight boost in my self-esteem since I was practicing my past drawing skills in a fun way. But during my time playing around with AI (and in the future), I never have, and never will call myself an artist. I have so much respect for every artist capable of creating art from nothing, that no matter how good of a picture I "create", I will always just be a guy having fun with AI. I've seen countless people marketing themselves as "AI artists" and it pisses me off, as its not a talent, just some basic understanding on how the program works.
