How embarrassing. The Sheriffs are acting like little kids. I bet you a hundred bucks that their algorithm includes that the person is not likely to retaliate... because if you do that to the wrong person, you may find someone standing over you at night watching you sleep with an object in your face, "so you wanted to talk?".. Not a threat, but just saying some people are seriously not putting up with these kind of games and I'll bet you, part of that algorithm is, "pacifist, not likely to retaliate, shy, not many friends..."... etc..etc..
