Thats not JUST AI.. At&t call centers have open and closed in different locations for a LONG time now.. once fraud hits a certain threshold, that location gets closed and they change it up.
AI cannot sell in the manner humans do. They CAN but there’s always someone screaming “representative!” Expecting a hook up or favor or blessing . Ai cannot describe things with the passion we do.
Plus if i wanted Ai to make a purchase. I would order online. Not call a robot.
They are using AI. But watch call centers open BACK up. Rinse and repeat
