First, we need to define "AI success" and "AI failure" explicitly. The terms themselves make no sense. None of this is a success/fail dichotomy...it's not "all or nothing." It's not "AI takes over" vs. "AI is abandoned." It only has to eliminate another 20% of jobs and economic chaos erupts. And it WILL do that.
