Unpopular opinion but companies that replace jobs with AI (particularly ones that require specialized training or college degrees) should be required to pay extra taxes (near or equilavent to what they would of had to pay a human) into a new government department that then sends these funds to those who would otherwise have a job at these companies but can't due to AI
