this is inaccurate. AI can't iterate. that's what makes employees valuable (better on day 90 than day 1). AI is an employee on day 1 every day. They also don't know context, leading to more mistakes. lastly, those job layoff headlines are misleading, they don't include how many ppl were hired to train the AIs.
