How does he figure that governments will be able to make and enforce laws to prevent AI from creating hyper-realistic fake leaders and propaganda sources?---A lot of people in governments would likely fight such efforts under such headings as "interfering with speech and/or creativity". Very very hard to control regardless/even IF there are strict laws and stiff punishments. AI will be used in very dangerous, insidious ways. JUST WAIT UNTIL THE 2024 ELECTIONS to find out about all the problems!
