Geoffrey Hinton is so full of shit and that's a well known fact. For example, he says AI is already conscious... well define conscious? We don't even know what consciousness is yet. This guy is just hyping because he the bigger AI gets, the more money he makes, and talking about it in such dramatic terms also makes him sound like the smartest guy around who we better listen to at all costs.
