The problems with quickly advancing technologies such as AI are clear but the solutions are not. AI has the potential of replacing jobs up and down the economic scale. Is it a bad thing to live our lives with less time devoted to labor and more time devoted to that which makes us happy? What is needed is a new view of how to share the fruits of a new economy. Hopefully we will come up with such new views. If we can’t perhaps will be a help there too.
