It should be mane mandatory that any video or image that is created with or by AI needs to be openly showing/ stating that. At the beginning of every one should be a disclaimer saying it is AI. At the bottom corner of the video or image should say it was AI.
If you create something and post it without clearly showing it is AI you should be charged and the video/ image should be removed.
If you share something that is AI and you alter it so that the warnings are gone, you should also be charged and the video/ image removed.
Cracking down on this before it becomes out of hand is the only way.
