That looks like a perfectly ordinary Irish road, but perfectly maintained, every road making was pristine and there where no houses, farm gates, people walking or cycling, kids playing, animals crossing more like a closed circuit than a road in a populated area. In terms of a "real world" test of self driving this is still spherical cow territory, that's the real worry with self driving, it is being developed in the US where roads are for motors only and jaywalking is a crime, even ignoring that US roads where purpose built for motor traffic rather than evolved over hundreds of years like in most of the rest of the world.
