They may get hit by a fine but sadly AI screening won't go away. "AI rejection is illegal? Fine, we'll let the model just recommend top 10-20 and mark the rest as 'not qualified' but it won't automatically send a rejection letter but a human should"
This will solve the legal issue, but do you think a recruiter will bother recheck after the AI? They will just click the button to send the unqualified applicants to the rejection bin.
