Banning and condescending tone make the mod a jackass. But it is true that artists will have a very hard time justifying their job today with AI, I would totally believe this picture was AI-generated and I'm quite certain that several of the dozens of top-tier models floating around on the internet can produce an image like this in seconds given the description. In a year they will be producing much better images and in 10 years they will be perfect.
Hard times to be an artist, they will have to adapt or their profession will die.
