AI is trained by people reacting. The process of training makes AI great at making an image that looks like good art. Making the picture you want is a lot harder. So I take my art, feed it through AI and then I see a good example of what I can do to make my pictures better. Sometimes I will do a simple sketch and feed it through the AI so I can see what it does with a pose. Then I do a better version. I'm not bragging when I say that I can draw a picture and get what I intended for the most part, have the right number of fingers, and not mess up with extra limbs and artifacts floating in the air. Can AI do better than me? Quite often, but Blender, after you go through the learning curve, can give you exactly what you want. Remember that when Star Wars first came out, those special effects were freaking real. Now our eyes have learned to see past the illusion and the original looks delightfully hokey. In a couple of years, the current AI pictures are for the most part going to be immediately detected as AI pictures.
