Wow, that’s a lot of nonsense.
Is this guy even knowing what consciousness is?
How can a LLM-based-AI ever made something new?
What an AI does is search/copy/paste and “conclude” from human made content and additionally research new results based on formal logical models (models developed, validated and research by humans). That’s all.
A “stupid” AI will never be able to understand why something is wrong. AI is able to code algorithms but is too stupid to see the error handling is crap.
So, don’t worry guys. We will replace all the monotone, slow processes in the governments and create assistants for all scientific researcher in order to use tax payers’ money mor focused.
In the factories AI will provide useful assistance for workers. In Arts we will see new impressive things as AI will help to create new worlds.
But all what needs motivation, passion and meaning will remain a human domain. You can not simulate spirit and soul.
