I think other than the obvious and huge amount of theft Ai art generation does, I find it so un interesting because the model picks the most probable image based on the request. There's really no way to get a unique peice of art that way. The generated pictures will always reflect the dataset it was trained on which already existed before the AI. Long story short, I think AI art looks stale.
