Who also passed age verification laws that affect EVERY operating system including Linux. Do you think someone like Ro Khanna is about privacy? Hardly, he has donors in Silicon Valley. California is more punative towards it's own law abiding citizens than it is towards criminals. Another mechanism they use? Just raise more taxes and pass more laws that the public doesn't vote on.
