when you said "Spotify's AI got worse now that it's not human curated" I was immediately reminded of why sites like Tumblr and Ao3 succeed: it's up to you to find the content you want and it's up to humans to tag things so they're found n stuff. The whole basis of the sites are humanity and that's why they're good (or. well. at least in Tumblr's case, it's luigi wins by doing nothing)
