Am on a 3 year Bachelor course in programming here in Iceland. Right now I just started on my 4th semester and I'm not gonna lie: the first few minutes of watching this video I was panicking, anxiety kicking in as I also could not answer those first questions, but as the video went on, there were some I knew or was able to answer before Coding Jesus did, like difference between a list and a tuple, how to inherit from a class, empty class, stacking and I somewhat got it right what // does.
I admit, I did have to google what Riple in Python is, I can't remember it ever being mentioned in my first class. Then again, it was taught in Icelandic and its quite possible they used the Icelandic name for it. Been in a few classes where they use Icelandic words for operators and so on and its freaking annoying as all the videos and google searches are in english.
Anyways. Yes, I do use ChatGPT but thank God I have been in the mindset from the start to avoid ending up like that guy in this video, and I try my utmost to use Chat as a tool to explain things to me and not do the work for me. Maybe I am still leaning on it too much for my own good, but it does good in explaining things to me and show me examples that often helps me understand some things.
