Isaac Asimov solved this problem on the macro level a long time ago. But that's a different topic. To achieve a more perfect alignment, a human has to upload himself, and become a machine, at the same time, a machine has to download, and become a meat creature. The algorithms from this merging can then be distributed, and we will understand each other perfectly.
