Teal artists will be able tofigure out make art with any kind of medium because the art is more in the process of crwation than it is in the tool (although the tools and mediums you uses are also influenced and can influence the creative process).
Give a digital artist a pencil and a paper and they'll still be able to express their creativity.
Give an AI 'artist' a pencil and a paper, or even a digital drawing software, and im pretty sure they wont be able to do much, because they lack the will to invest in the creative process that make things art.
