As someone that is a pretty advanced user of stable diffusion, I can say neither nightshade nor anything else that 'puts a little glaze' on your picture is going to do anything, so never pay for it, we laugh at it.
there are 24/7 Stable diffusion generals on 4chan's /g/ for one if you want to come ask stuff or learn more, devs (did) visit there too
