The ACLU is way behind the curve, rudimentary system of this is already in place. Ironically it was built upon the Google AI architecture, remember its “do no harm” and “don’t be evil” company ethos. China’s SCS allows little if any personal freedom while imposing draconian measures on all who resists. These punitive measures can range from inability to take a train, buy food, marry, leave the country, or find gainful employment. That is what the WEF and Democrats desire for the future of the US and the rest of the free world: absolute control by liberal elites and complete compliance by the other 99% of the global population.
