This is the usual communist thinking typical of German elites who invent reasons to feel guilty because that makes them feel socially superior. Look, these Kenyan workers are freely choosing to work x amount in exchange for $y. They freely made these agreements. They can quit at any time if they’re not satisfied with their work. If nobody wants to do this work, the employers will need to increase their pay or recruit elsewhere.
