As i remember google has a looot of gpu and tpu. Not 23000. Their last TPU version was closer to top chips like B200 of NVIDIA. And meta train their llama not on 600000, they maybe have them now but use much less for training. I think the largest operational cluster today is Musk colosus with 200000. (And 1 B200 = few H100, so, idk, it is hard to compare any numbers here, but i just want to say comparison of meta and google wasn't look accurate imho)
