This is really amazing because this guy says he is a for real 100% materialist and he seems to buy the idea the brain is 100% consciousness or self awareness. Naturally with that belief he is frightened of the fake brain or artificial intelligence he helped bring about. Here is the funny part at the end of his interview he suggest people use their intuition and maybe just maybe he thinks intuition is brain activity but it is an odd word for a materialist to use. Why not say logic or brain function? For people I know intuition is tapping into non local intelligence or Spirit . But it would have been interesting to hear his definition or exactly what he meant by intuitions and one might ask if his AI could intuit????
